INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF THE PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES
If you show an interest in cooperating with our company or in us searching a job opportunity for you, we process your personal data as a candidate data.
Your personal data are then processed in order to proceed with the recruitment process and assess individual candidates. Your data are also processed in order to enable us to protect our legal claims in various cases and prevent damages that might originate in relevance to these cases. With your consent we will keep your personal data in case we would like to contact you with a job offer in the future.

During the recruitment procedure, we process various data for various purposes. We process personal data in relevance to steps taken for the reason of job contract conclusion, based on our legal claims and optionally based on your consent.
The processing without your consent – in relevance to steps taken for the reason of job contract conclusion
For the reason of the conclusion of a job contract with our client, we process your id and contact data, data related to exercise of and fit for the job. We do this in order to assess the suitability of the job candidates and successful execution of the recruitment process. Namely we need to process these data in order to be able to invite you to interviews and communicate with you and to be able to assess your fit for the job based on the information provided. For such purposes we process the personal data during the length of the recruitment process only and keep the data in our candidates database only with your consent.
The processing without your consent – based on our legal claims
Based on our legal claims we process your id and contact data, data related to the exercise of and fit for the job in order to protect our legal claims. You are entitled to enter an objection against such processing any time. For this purpose we process your data during the time of the term of the prescription (maximum 15 years after the termination of the recruitment process) of the entitlements related to or stemming from the recruitment process. This time is prolonged for one more year in order to protect our legal claims. In case of the opening of a legal or administrative (or any other) proceeding we process your data in the time length necessary for such proceeding and our related claims.
The processing based on your consent in order to maintain candidates´ database
Based on our legal claims, we process your id and contact data and data related to the exercise of the job in order to be able to optionally address you with a different suitable position offer.
If you grant us your consent, we will process these data in maximum 5 years length after the termination of the recruitment process. In the case of your consent not granted we will only process your data until the termination of the recruitment process. You have the option to withdraw your consent at any time. If you do so, the processing of the data until the time of the withdrawal is considered valid and legal.
PERSONAL DATA SOURCES
We gather most personal data directly from you during the recruitment process, either during the interview or from your CV or other documents.
Besides this we gather different personal data in a limited scope from people you marked as contact persona on your reference documents or data from publicly accessible sources (such as insolvency database etc.). We do this always according to legal regulations.
HANDLING OVER THE PERSONAL DATA TO OTHER ADMINISTRATOR
We handle over your personal data only to the state power bodies such as the judiciary institutions, institutions dealing with criminal suits and inspection institutions in case we are asked to do so

The right to access to the data
Simply put, you have the right to know what personal data we process, who we handle them over to, who else processes them and what other rights related to processing of your personal data you do have. If you are not sure which of your personal data we process, you can ask us for official confirmation as to whether we process your data and if we do, you have the right to access these data. Your right to access enables you to ask us for a copy of the processed personal data. We provide you with the first copy for free, the next copies come with a small fee.
The right to correction of the data
If you find out that your personal data that we process are faulty or incorrect, you have the right to correction or completion without unnecessary delays.

In some cases you have the right to have your personal data erased. Your personal data will deleted without unnecessary delay if one or more of the following reasons arise:

The right to limitation of the processing of the data
In some cases you are enabled to limitation of the processing of your personal data. This right enables you in some cases to ask to have your data marked and not processed further – in this case not for ever but for a limited period of time. This will be executed when:

You are entitled to access all your data you gave us and that we process. Your personal data will be provided to you in a structured, commonly used and computer formatted version. In order to be able to transfer your data easily, we might provide you with only the data which are processed in our computer databases. The right to object to the processing of your data
You are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data which is related to our legal claims. Your data will no longer be processed in so far if we do not have substantial legal claims to continue with such processing further.
The right to complain
The exercise of the above mentioned rights does not limit you to lodge a complaint to the Office for personal data protection. You might exercise such right especially in case you find that we process your personal data without authorization or not in accordance with legal regulations.
